Cyprus and Malta sign MoU on research and innovation

Cyprus and Malta have signed a Memorandum of Understanding in the fields of research and innovation, at the outset of the Informal Competitiveness Council.

“Two ambitious island nations, ready to address common challenges and accelerate innovation-driven growth,” Deputy Minister of Research, Innovation & Digital Policy Nicodemos Damianou, posted on his LinkedIn announcing the news.

He added, “Looking forward to sharing knowledge and expertise and creating opportunities for joint initiatives and projects between our two ecosystems in strategic areas such as marine and space technologies, sustainable resource use, smart manufacturing and digital innovation”.
