Internationally renowned Chef Giorgio Locatelli returns to Ristorante Locatelli at the luxury AMARA hotel in Limassol for two special gastronomic evenings on 28 and 29 August.
With his presence, Ristorante Locatelli once again becomes a meeting point for lovers of authentic Italian cuisine. Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the Summer Menu, inspired by the flavours and premium ingredients of the season. From the signature Pinsa Romana and Linguine with lobster to fresh seafood, seasonal vegetables and aromatic herbs, every dish showcases Chef Locatelli’s contemporary, elegant and authentic Italian philosophy.
A highlight of these two evenings is the black summer truffle, which takes centre stage in selected creations, adding its distinctive aroma and refined, earthy complexity.
