The Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company (“BOC Holdings” and, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) and Bank of Cyprus Public Company Limited (the “Bank”) announced on Wednesday, at their respective board meetings, their decision to extend the term of the appointment of Panicos Nicolaou as Group Chief Executive Officer to 31 December, 2031.
"Accordingly, Mr Panicos Nicolaou will be signing an amending agreement to his existing contract of employment which extends the period of employment to 31st December 2031," the announcement read.
The Boards of Directors express their appreciation to Panicos Nicolaou for his valuable contribution to the Group during his tenure as Group Chief Executive Officer and extend their best wishes for continued success in his new term.
