Lordos Hotels (Holdings) Public Ltd has announced changes to the composition of its Board of Directors and senior executives through the Cyprus Stock Exchange, including the appointment of Jason Loizou as the new Chief Financial Officer.
As announced, the former Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director, Adonis Elia, retired from the position of Chief Financial Officer on 31 March, 2026.
Jason Loizou assumed the duties of Financial Director of the Group, commencing his duties on 1 April, 2026.
Elia will continue to participate in the Company's Board of Directors as a non-independent, non-executive Director.
The Board of Directors expressed its warm thanks to Elia for his significant contribution, professionalism and contribution during his tenure as the Group's Chief Financial Officer, the announcement said.
