Sofia Ouzounidou appointed Lidl's Chief People Officer for Cyprus and Greece

Lidl Cyprus has announced the international development of Nikoletta Kolomburda, who, as of 1 March, will assume the duties of Chief People Officer at Lidl Germany, the group's largest market worldwide.

According to an announcement from the company, this move constitutes a practical recognition of Nikoletta Kolomburda's successful 10-year career in Cyprus and Greece. With a focus on people, she contributed decisively to the evolution of HR practices and the strengthening of corporate culture, leaving a significant legacy in the organisation.

The position of Chief People Officer at Lidl Greece and Lidl Cyprus is being temporarily taken over by Sofia Ouzounidou. With more than 15 years of experience in the Human Resources Department, holding positions of increased responsibility and having a people-centered orientation, Sofia Ouzounidou will ensure the uninterrupted continuity of stability and the dynamic development of existing initiatives.
