Yiannis Misirlis has been re-elected Chairman of the Cyprus Property Developers Association (CPDA), as members elected a new Board of Directors during the association's Annual General Meeting on 9 December 2025.

Misirlis will hold the role for a further two-year term.

The new leadership team also includes Demetris Assiotis as Deputy Chairman, with Antonis Kakoullis and Savvas Georgiades elected as Vice Chairmen.

George Chrysochos was appointed Secretary and Andy Hadjiadamou Treasurer.

Elected as members of the Board were: Pantelis Leptos, Panikos Livadhiotis, Nikolas Karoullas, Lefteris Konstantinou, Theofanis Theofanous, Sophie Charalambous, Panos Ioannidis, Evros Menelaou, and Andrea Savvidou.

In a statement, Misirlis said his re-election is both an honour and a responsibility. “Together with the new Board of Directors, we continue with dedication and collective effort the work towards a modern, competitive and sustainable sector that contributes substantially to the development of the Cypriot economy and the progress of society,” he said, adding that a key priority remains addressing the housing problem and ensuring affordable, quality housing for citizens.
