Argus Management has announced that its leadership team has been further strengthened with the appointment of Constantinos Nicolaides as Partner and Board Member.
As noted in the company's announcement, with over ten years of experience in the investment funds industry, Nicolaides brings a broad range of expertise and a proven track record. Prior to joining Argus, he held senior roles across the fund management value chain, including consulting, risk management, compliance, fund administration and licensing, achieving several notable milestones along the way.
As Partner and Member of the Board of Directors, Nicolaides joins the upper corporate structure of Argus. In parallel, he assumes the role of Chief Executive Officer, with primary responsibility for shaping the firm’s strategic direction.
"His appointment represents an important milestone in Argus’ growth and underscores the firm’s continued commitment to delivering best-in-class fund management solutions," the company also noted.
Argus Management is authorised by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission as an Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM), with license number AIFM44. The firm currently manages €300 million in assets under management, with core focus areas in private equity, capital markets and energy.
