It Started in Paphos

This approach didn’t go unnoticed. Beon became the first building in Cyprus to earn a 3-star Fitwel certification - the highest possible rating from the world’s leading healthy building standard. It’s proof that this space truly puts people first.

The response was overwhelming. Paphos teams from Owlcat Games, Exness, InDrive, Vivid and others quickly made Beon their home base.

This summer, INEX is expanding the Paphos hub with a whole new office floor, lifestyle additions that go beyond “amenities” - a rooftop hangout and a new restaurant cluster. It’s not just where you work - it’s how you live between meetings.

Next stop: Limassol

Beon is now coming to Mesa Geitonia, one of Limassol’s most dynamic and well-connected districts. Opening this September, the new Beon active office will bring the same level of intelligent design and real-life functionality to a new city.The building will integrate smart systems for climate, lighting, and access. It will offer more than 20 flexible office typologies, meeting rooms equipped for video calls and presentations, lounge zones, smart lockers, quiet focus areas, and adaptable event spaces - all built to support how modern teams move, meet and get things done.
