An annual increase was recorded in the third quarter of 2025 as regards the Index of Production and the Index of Output Prices in Construction.
According to CySTAT, the Index of Production in Construction during the third quarter of 2025 reached 125.93 units (base year 2021=100.00), recording an increase of 4.2% over the third quarter of 2024.
The Output Prices Index in Construction for the third quarter of 2025 reached 125.03 units (base year 2021=100.00), recording a decrease of 1.0% relative to the second quarter of 2025.
Compared to the same quarter of the previous year, the Index increased by 3.7%.
During the period January-September 2025, increases relative to the corresponding period of 2024 were observed, both in the Index of Production in Construction (4.2%) and in the Output Prices Index in Construction (4.5%).
