Wizz Air discontinues premium rate line, updates customer support options

Wizz Air has announced an important update about its customer support options as the airline continues to enhance its customer service offering.

"Cypriot Customers can visit the new Wizz Air Help Centre for more information on the best number to contact, with charges based on local rates," it continued.

"For access to the quickest and easiest help and support, Wizz Air is advising passengers to use its online self-service platform which is available through the Wizz Air website or mobile app. From here, customers can manage their bookings, obtain information about their flights, make changes, request refunds, or handle issues relating to delays or cancellations," the press release went on to note.

Customers can request 24/7 information about booking, flight status, baggage, and WIZZ services through the airline's online chatbot, Amelia. For more complex inquiries, live chat agents are also 24/7 available to assist.

"Customer service remains an important area of investment for Wizz Air and the airline is continuously developing innovations to improve the experience it offers to passengers.
