International Recognition for a Cypriot Woman Leader

A significant success was recorded by a Cypriot woman leader. Marianna Hadjiandoniou, Executive Vice President of Energame was honored with the title of ‘Woman of the Year’ at the prestigious awards, Rewards 2024.

Notably, Energame, a management consultancy and investment advisory firm based in Cyprus, specializing in the online entertainment industry, particularly tech and iGaming sectors, became a finalist in two nominations. The company was shortlisted for the Best Employer and Diversity and Inclusion awards, reflecting the company’s commitment to employee satisfaction and fostering a healthy workplace culture.

“Energame’s nominations reflect the ongoing efforts of our entire team, who continuously strive to build a supportive, inclusive, and dynamic workplace, where our employees can thrive. On a personal note, I am deeply honored to receive the award of ‘Woman of the Year’. This award represents a celebration of women’s achievements and the power of women to overcome barriers and stereotypes, to dream, and to succeed. None of this would have been possible without the support of my family and my colleagues at Energame, stated Marianna Hadjiandoniou.

The ceremony was held on September 10th at the Hilton London Bankside. Each year, the awards are independently judged and culminate in a prestigious black-tie dinner and ceremony to recognize the best in the industry. The ‘Rewards’ recognise leadership and business excellence in pay and reward. This year, the scope of recognition was expanded to include categories from The Leadership Awards, highlighting the remarkable achievements of individuals, teams, and organizations.
