Michelin-starred Chef Arnaud Bignon returns to City of Dreams Mediterranean

City of Dreams Mediterranean is thrilled to welcome back renowned Michelin-starred Chef Arnaud Bignon for an exceptional culinary experience at its signature fine-dining restaurant, Anaïs.

Between 19 and 21 June, guests are invited to indulge in a specially curated five-course dinner, crafted by the French chef, with the option of expert wine pairing.

Renowned for his work at Spondi in Athens and The Greenhouse in London, Chef Bignon has risen through the ranks thanks to his refined techniques and imaginative approach to French cuisine.

With a culinary philosophy rooted in the harmony of seasonal ingredients, Bignon is famous for transforming local food into extraordinary tasting experiences, reinventing classic dishes with his signature precision and flair.

From gaining two Michelin stars at Spondi in 2008 to repeating the achievement in London within a year, Chef Bignon’s influence on innovative cuisine is undeniable. Today, as the General Director of Spondi and a consultant for the Trastelis Group, he continues to set new standards in gastronomy. Often described as “the most Greek of French chefs,” Bignon artfully blends Mediterranean essence with French culinary mastery.
