Chris Christofi, the Founder and CEO of Reventon, Australian real estate investment and financial services firm, shares his experiences in building his company to the powerhouse it is from a small home office under strenuous financial circumstances.
In the Trailblazers Podcast series by payabl., part of INSPIRE 2025, he mentioned that though at the age of 24, he faced many challenges that had put him through a “dark phase” he kept pushing forward.
“You never really lose in business, you learn. So, I took the approach that if I am going to roll up my sleeves and work hard, I’m going to make it a success. So, 20 years later that is exactly what happened,” Christofi said, about the rise of his company.
Giving advice on good leadership qualities, Christofi said it is important to “lead from the front”. He added that this is important because it shows the team what to do and how to act by following their leader’s example.
