SLK Development is investing in the future and rapid development of Larnaca, which, in addition to the ultra-modern complex and mammoth 'Horizon Towers investment in the area of the former refineries, is preparing another multi-storey project, called 'Lumina Mare.'
The specific development, in which both SLK Development and the Israel-based tour operator Aviation Links are participating, is located near the port roundabout.

InBusinessNews obtained photos of the project, construction of which began three weeks ago, with the goal of completing the work within 30 months.

The project will consist of 20 floors, with a total of 54 luxury apartments with sea views and two penthouses.

The facilities also include commercial spaces, six floors of parking spaces and a rooftop pool.

According to a report by the Jerusalem Post, which cites an announcement by the consortium of Israeli investors, the cost of the new high-rise development in Larnaca, which includes land acquisition, design, construction permits and full development costs, is estimated at €40 million.

The construction of both "Lumina Mare" and "Horizon Towers" was undertaken by Dex-Tek Group.

It is recalled that Shajwawi Lebovich Karekla Development LTD (SLK Development), a member of SL Investment, a distinguished company specialising in the construction of residential buildings, mixed-use complexes and boutique residential and hospitality projects in Israel, intends to proceed with the construction of 'Horizon Towers,' a state-of-the-art complex of high architectural standards, in Livadia, Larnaca, next to 'The Land of Tomorrow.'
This development, which includes a total of six high-rise towers, aims to transform the vibrant, modern residential, commercial and commercial hub of Larnaca, with luxury residences, commercial spaces, recreational areas and improved infrastructure.
The company sees strong growth prospects in the real estate and tourism sectors of Cyprus, especially in the rapidly developing coastal area of Larnaca.
