IBM's Watsonx platform enables the full lifecycle of models, from initial approval to production implementation, with capabilities for automatic metadata capture, risk monitoring, performance reporting, and approval policy configuration.

At the same time, Chronopoulos presented IBM's holistic portfolio for Data & AI, consisting of products designed to enhance the impact of genetic artificial intelligence in everyday workflows.

Next, Marios Stylianou and Theocharis Drakos, Co-founders, Drastyc, presented a comprehensive approach to leveraging IBM Cloud Pak for Data, so that organisations can collect, manage and leverage data in a hybrid environment.

They highlighted the transition to new forms of customer service through AI Assistants, which act as co-pilots and deliver personalised and business-focused experiences, leveraging knowledge from advanced models and data.

According to the experts, watsonx Orchestrate and the AI agent builder are starting points for designing practical, controlled, and mission-critical conversations, with options for conversational search, RAG, skill-based workflows, and custom actions without the need for LLMs.

Elias Petrides, Professional Services Director, Datatech, closed the session with his presentation on WatsonX and Filenet Content Manager.
