UoL Lecturer Dr Maria Charalampous on the university’s role in shaping the professionals of the future

Dr Maria Charalampous, Lecturer of HRM, Organizational Behaviour & Leadership & Organizational Psychology at UoL has shared the university’s approach to shaping future professionals.

In a video interview, the Lecturer talks about UoL’s cutting edge academic programmes that are carefully designed to meet real world challenges.

Among other things, she also talks about her own academic journey and research and invites potential students to look into UoL’s flexible studying options.
