CTC Group: CEO Vassilis Evgenios leaving - Executive Committee headed by Christakis Charalambous taking over

Vassilis Evgenios has announced his resignation from the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and member of the Board of Directors of Cyprus Trading Corporation Plc, following his wish to return to Greece for family reasons.

Evgenios will continue his collaboration with the CTC Group by providing consulting services in a new capacity.

In an announcement, the management and staff of the CTC Group expressed their thanks to Evgenios for the fruitful cooperation so far and wished him all the best in his future career.

It is noted that as of 1 March, 2025, the management of the CTC Group will be undertaken by the current Executive Committee, headed by Christakis Charalambous.
