DataArt and its Strategic Presence in Cyprus

Cyprus is gradually transforming into one of the most dynamic and attractive technology hubs in the region, drawing cutting-edge companies, investors, and innovative professionals from all over the world.

With its strategic geographical location, modern business environment, and infrastructure that supports the growth of the digital economy, the island is steadily building its reputation as The New Global Tech & Innovation Hub of the Eastern Mediterranean.

A flagship event highlighting Cyprus as an ideal destination for establishing and growing technology businesses, the 3rd Cyprus International Technology Relocation Summit will take place on 13–14 October 2025 at the Hilton Nicosia.

The conference will bring together entrepreneurs and senior executives from technology companies across Europe, the MENA region, and the Eastern Mediterranean, offering a unique platform for exchanging insights on the opportunities and strategic advantages Cyprus offers for the establishment and operation of ICT companies.

One of the most engaging panels of the event, titled Case studies from some of the best-known tech companies operating in Cyprus, will feature Ilya Aristov, Engagement Manager and Director of DataArt Cyprus. DataArt is a global provider of technology solutions and consulting services, renowned for its ability to deliver complex digital transformation projects for leading organisations worldwide.

Ilya Aristov joined DataArt in 2015 and has since undertaken key roles, working with major clients in the retail and distribution sectors. With many years of experience in managing high-demand projects and clients, he has led significant initiatives that combine technology, process optimisation, and business strategy. Prior to joining DataArt, he worked at major IT companies, supporting top-tier clients in retail, banking, and logistics.

During his career, Ilya contributed to the opening of DataArt’s office in Germany in 2016, and since 2022 he has been leading the company’s operations in Cyprus. His work places particular emphasis on leveraging artificial intelligence to reshape platforms and supply chains, introducing innovative approaches to a rapidly evolving sector.

Through this conversation, Ilya will showcase DataArt’s case study, highlighting how the company utilises its Cyprus base to deliver advanced solutions to international clients. Through specific projects and experiences, he will demonstrate how strategic positioning in Cyprus can enhance a technology company’s global footprint, while also sharing ideas on the future of technological innovation.

With the participation of international experts and industry leaders, the panel will present real success stories and provide delegates with valuable insights into how Cyprus can serve as a launchpad for the global growth of technology enterprises.
