MHV unveils the new spa and fitness & wellness facilities at The Landmark Nicosia Hotel (pics)

As construction of the highly anticipated project The Landmark Nicosia steadily progresses, MHV has presented the first look at the upcoming spa and indoor wellness facilities of the hotel, which is expected to re-open as The Landmark Nicosia, Autograph Collection.

Advancing the transformation of the iconic hotel, the globally renowned Dutch creative studio, D/DOCK, together with Eraclis Papachristou Architects, have reimagined the interior. Through their contemporary interpretation of Cypriot tradition and the hotel's historical heritage, the new spaces aim to go beyond functionality and aesthetics, promoting health and holistic wellness while capturing the unique, authentic, yet cosmopolitan character of The Landmark Nicosia, Autograph Collection.

According to a relevant press release, the contemporary spa is set to be a tranquil haven, focusing on exceptional treatments by expert therapists. It will feature seven treatment rooms, an exclusive Thai massage room, a relaxation room, and a wellness centre.

"Here, a palette of earth tones blends with subtle lighting, creating a calming ambiance. Luxurious materials will be thoughtfully combined with elegant decorative touches and contemporary furniture, setting the stage for an experience of minimalist luxury," the press release notes.

Guests will also benefit from state-of-the-art fitness and wellness facilities, such as the 75 sqm indoor pool, The Juice bar, a 250 sqm fully equipped gym, and a classroom for Yoga, Pilates and other programs will cater to those seeking physical activity and vitality. The wellness zone further complements the experience with a sauna, steam bath, cold tub room, ice feature, and experience showers.
