The Construction Output Index increased by 5.2% in the January-December 2025 period compared with the corresponding period of 2024, according to CySTAT.
During the same period, the Producer Price Index in Construction increased by 4.1%.
According to CySTAT, the Construction Output Index reached 135.02 points in the fourth quarter of 2025, with base year 2021=100.00, recording an increase of 9.0% compared with the fourth quarter of 2024.
The Producer Price Index in Construction stood at 125.72 points in the fourth quarter of 2025, recording an increase of 0.6% compared with the third quarter of 2025 and 3.0% compared with the corresponding quarter of 2024.
