How the Cyprus airports celebrated Christmas (videos)

Christmas trees, Santa Claus, reindeer, a "wishing tree" and hundreds of stars are adorning the terminals of Larnaca and Paphos airports this festive season.

The Cypriot airports have "spruced up" and have been welcoming passengers within a very Christmassy environment, with festive decorations, offering a festive travel experience to the public traveling to and from Cypriot airports this Christmas season.

The bright, festive lights were turned on and throughout December, passengers and visitors have had the opportunity to enjoy several events with live performances by musical ensembles of Cypriot artists who performed timeless musical hits and Christmas melodies.

Hermes Airports aims to provide all visitors to Cyprus airports with a strong sense of the festive atmosphere and spirit, as Christmas is a time that brings people together from all over the world and airports are the meeting points of this global family.

In this way, a beautiful environment and an extensive program of events have been created, so that the passage of passengers through the airports during the festive season is characterised by an alternative and joyful note.
