New agrotourism development underway in Eptagonia, Limassol

A new agrotourism development by P.S. Architecture & Design is currently being constructed in the Limassol district village of Eptagonia.

Named Eptagonia Complex, the development consists of four one-bed tourist accommodations with an area of 30.68 sq.m. each. The cottages being built combine traditional and modern architecture, with stone and wood as the main materials to best blend in with the natural environment and green surroundings.

The development is divided into lots with a total area of 820 sq.m. and will also include a reception area, a swimming pool, green communal areas and a barbecue area as well as an outdoor theatre.

Eptagonia Complex is located at a distance of approximately 700 meters from the centre of the village and approximately 330 meters from its residential zone.

The Environmental Authority gave the green light for the project’s construction in April 2022.
