RPT Tsanos Group marked the official opening of Augusta Residences in Parekklisia, Limassol, in the presence of the development’s first homebuyers and key partners who contributed to its completion. Augusta Residences reflects an approach centred on construction quality, functional living spaces and the everyday needs of those who choose to make it their home.
In his address, Group Chairman Reginos Tsanos outlined this philosophy, emphasising that the ambition from the outset extended beyond the commercial sale of apartments.
“From the outset, we wanted to move beyond the approach of developing apartments solely for sale. We wanted to create homes in which we ourselves would choose to live,” he said.
As he explained, this principle guided every decision throughout the development process. “We approached each decision as though we were creating our own home, paying close attention to the design, the choice of materials, the functionality of the spaces and the details that make a difference to everyday life,” he noted.
Mr Tsanos placed particular emphasis on attention to detail, stressing that every element of the development matters to the Group, as it is the details that ultimately count when an apartment becomes someone’s home.
Architecture that embraces the landscape and the views
Augusta Residences comprises twelve two- and three-bedroom apartments across three levels, with sea views and a range of premium lifestyle amenities for residents. Its elevated position in the hills of Parekklisia offers panoramic 180-degree views, from sunrise to sunset.
The design follows the natural slope of the site, with the building’s two wings extending eastwards and westwards. Expansive glazing strengthens the connection between the interiors and the surrounding landscape, while the architectural composition combines local stone, white render and Corten-effect aluminium panels. A distinctive feature is the twelve-metre-high atrium at the main entrance, which frames the view towards the sea.
Terraced landscaped gardens surround the development’s leisure facilities, which include an infinity pool, sunbathing areas, a pool bar and a children’s play area. The development also provides controlled access, covered parking, storage areas and visitor parking.
An uncompromising commitment to quality
Reginos Tsanos underlined that the approach embodied in Augusta Residences reflects a broader philosophy that extends across all areas of RPT Tsanos Group’s operations, with the aim of delivering projects and services in which its people can take pride.
“We strive to move forward without compromising on quality, without cutting corners and with respect for those who place their trust in us. That trust is a responsibility we uphold every day,” he stated.
Addressing the development’s first homebuyers attending the event, he expressed his particular gratitude for their trust, stressing that it honours the Group and reinforces its responsibility to meet their expectations.
The Group Chairman also thanked everyone involved in bringing Augusta Residences to completion, acknowledging that the result reflects the work, expertise and personal care of many people. He further thanked guests and partners for attending and for accommodating the change in the event’s start time at short notice, following the Meteorological Service’s forecast of extreme weather conditions.
Concluding his address, he expressed the hope that Augusta Residences would become, for its residents, “a place of cherished moments, tranquillity and everyday happiness”, capturing the underlying purpose of the development’s design and delivery.
