The CSC Global Shipping Minds Summit, the new international event organised by the Cyprus Shipping Chamber (CSC), will take place on 27 November 2026, at the Parklane Resort in Limassol, aiming to bring together leading voices from the international shipping community to examine the strategic developments shaping the future of global shipping.
The inaugural edition focuses on two main topics, "Geopolitics and the Future of Global Shipping" and “Energy Security and Shipping Fuel Transition”. Discussions will explore how geopolitical developments, regulatory frameworks and energy security considerations are influencing the industry's decarbonisation pathway, the availability and adoption of alternative fuels, and the commercial decisions facing shipping businesses.
As a high-level Summit, Global Shipping Minds will gather distinguished international speakers, top business executives, and representatives from the shipping industry. Through keynote speeches and panel discussions, participants will have the opportunity to exchange views on the challenges and opportunities arising from these developments and how these are affecting decision-making and the future competitiveness of the maritime sector.
Hosted in Cyprus, one of Europe's major shipping hubs, the Summit connects international expertise with the dynamism of the Cyprus Shipping Industry. The event aims to offer an environment for meaningful dialogue, knowledge sharing, and networking among leading executives from Cyprus and abroad.
Guests include senior executives and decision-makers from shipowning and ship management companies, charterers, financial institutions, insurance companies, classification societies, legal and regulatory advisors, port authorities, energy and fuel suppliers, as well as technology providers and institutional bodies.
