The five-star Azia Resort & Spa in Paphos has announced a series of new culinary experiences that will see the venue collaborate with Michelin-starred chefs from four different countries- Spain, the UK, Sweden and Norway.
As noted in the Azia Resort & Spa's announcement, the selected chefs recognise the importance of fresh and local ingredients, and many of the components used in the dishes they will be preparing will come from the hotel’s own plantation of 15,000 fruit trees.
"These evenings will be unforgettable, with special menus in a beautiful setting with stunning views," Azia's announcement added.
The featured chefs will appear on the dates outlined below:
Chef Juan Guillamón (Spain) – 8–9 May 2026
Juan began his career in London before training across Spain. He later travelled worldwide with the Ferrari Formula team. In 2019, he launched ‘Almo’ in Murcia and reached the final of Madrid Fusión’s ‘Revelation Chef’ competition.
Chef Simon Hulstone (the UK)– 19–20 June 2026
One of the UK’s most decorated chefs, Simon has held a Michelin star at The Elephant in Torquay for 20 years. He has cooked for the Royal Family and contributes to Delta Air Lines’ premium menus.
Chef Jonas Lagerström (Sweden)– 10–11 July 2026
A leading figure in Scandinavian cuisine, Jonas runs ‘Etoile’ and is known for sustainable gastronomy. He holds both a Michelin Star and a Green Michelin Star.
Chef Ola Klepp (Norway) – 11–12 September 2026
Ola focuses on sustainability and local sourcing. After working at RE-NAA, he opened ‘K2’ restaurant. He has been awarded both a Michelin Star and a Green Michelin Star.
