Cybarco is bringing several new projects to the market in 2026, in a year of intense activity for the company, with a multitude of developments.
As Cybarco Development CEO Michalis Hadjipanayiotou stated in an interview as part of the IN Business Forecasting 2026 series of interviews, demand is increasingly shifting towards integrated developments with services, common areas and modern management, a trend that strengthened in 2025, as apartments drove the rise in prices and buyers are now seeking quality of life through the purchase of a property.
Several new Cybarco projects are currently under construction, such as Naftikos Residences, Aktea Residences 4 Centro Limassol, Seaview Heights in Limassol and Park Residences in Nicosia.
Trilogy is nearly completed and is almost completely sold out
At the same time, a landmark project for Cybarco is in the completion phase. As Hadjipanayiotou pointed out, Trilogy will be completed within the year, as the second phase of the project, which includes the North Residences and the private oasis, is being handed over to the owners.
It is worth mentioning that currently only eight apartments remain available for sale.
At the same time, Cybarco is proceeding with the construction of additional seaside residences at Akamas Bay Villas in Latchi.
It is also strengthening its management and rental services through its subsidiary BeCyprus, scaling the portfolio to offer a high-quality experience to residents and owners.
Moreover, Cybarco is investing in energy-saving technologies, smart building management and green infrastructure that reduce operating costs and enhance sustainability. These, according to Hadjiipanayiotou, are elements that the market continues to reward in 2026.
