Recipients of 2024 CBN Young Dragon Awards join this year’s Awards Committee

The nine recipients of the first CBN Young Dragon Awards in 2024 have joined the Committee created to help select this year’s Awardees.

The Awards Committee set up for the 2nd CBN Young Dragon Awards, presented by Cyta Business, now comprises 70+ prominent personalities from Cyprus’ business world with the addition of Nikolaos Arvanitis, Manager, Events & Entertainment, Melco Resorts & Entertainment, Elena Narbuts, VP of Sales & Marketing, Marfields Group, Michalis Petrou, Commercial Manager, Alambra - Petrou Bros Dairy Products, Theodoros Mantis, Head of Payroll & Migration at Brainrocket and Founder of CPMA, Artemis Pnevmatikou, Head of PR & Communications, TechIsland, Christos M. The Awards Committee members are related to specific award categories or have a more diverse business background and experience.

The Awards Committee is the ultimate decision-making body to announce the nominees in each category. It will be chaired by the CEO of IMH, George Michael.

The awards will be handed to the candidates who obtain the highest score in the joint public and Committee voting – weighing equally at 50% each.

Voting for the public will be conducted online, by phone and SMS. Public vote results will be sent to an independent organisation (European University of Cyprus) for counting and verification.

Awards Ceremony

The CBN Young Dragon Awards ceremony will take place in early January 2026, announcing the winners in all 10 respective categories.

The professional event management team of IMH, renowned for its uncompromising level of personal service and attention to detail, designs this annual event which is a truly memorable experience for the business community of Cyprus.

The Open Call for nominations for the CBN Young Dragon Awards, presented by Cyta Business, is still ongoing, with the deadline to submit nominations set for 15 September 2025.
