Blending relaxed café culture with refined evening dining, Vetrina, a contemporary dining, wine bar, deli and retail concept located within The Landmark Nicosia, Autograph Collection Hotel has opened.
The name Vetrina comes from the Italian word for “showcase”, reflecting the idea of presenting food, wine and artisanal products in an open and inviting way. Guests are encouraged to explore a curated selection of Mediterranean delicacies, wines and gourmet products that are both served on the menu and displayed in the venue’s deli and retail space.
Vetrina’s concept is rooted in the Mediterranean lifestyle and culture of sharing, offering a menu from pastries, breads and speciality coffee to shared plates, seafood and handmade pasta. Fresh, seasonal ingredients and regional culinary traditions form the foundation of the experience.
The menu includes a wide range of choices from Gambero Rosso and Beef Tartar to Eggplant Arancini and Prawns Saganaki.
In the Pasta & Pinsa category, meanwhile, diners can choose from a selection including Lasagna and Quattro Formaggi Pinsa.
Choices also include dishes from Vertina’s Josper Oven such as USDA Black Angus Ribeye steak.
Design and atmosphere also play a central role in the venue’s story. Inspired partly by the social dining traditions of the Roman era—such as communal banquets and shared tables—the space combines classical influences with contemporary aesthetics. Architectural details, natural materials and decorative elements inspired by Mediterranean heritage aim to create a warm, elegant environment where dining, wine tasting and socialising come together.
Overall, Vetrina positions itself as more than just a restaurant: it is intended as a meeting place for food and wine lovers, where gastronomy, retail delicacies and social dining merge to celebrate the flavours and culture of the Mediterranean.
Currently, Vetrina is open from 5pm-midnight every day, with plans to extend the hours in the future.
