Property Gallery has presented the complete renovation of a historic hotel in Platres, the well-known Pendeli Hotel, which is reopening its doors as the modern and elegant Pendeli Resort.
The new four-star jewel is located in the heart of the village, and is expected to open in July 2025.
The renovation project preserves the traditional character of the hotel, while adding all the modern comforts. Pendeli Resort offers 85 rooms, of which 11 are suites, all with balconies and beautiful views of the natural environment.

Guests are welcomed into a spacious, bright reception area, while they can then enjoy moments of relaxation in the piano bar and sample delicious flavours in one of the three restaurants.
The relaxation area, the modern event hall and the wellness floor, with a sauna, ice chamber and a 200 sq m modernly equipped gym, offer unique experiences to both leisure and business travellers.

Outdoors, the resort features a 20-meter swimming pool, a separate children's pool and beautiful gardens next to a live grill bar. For families, there are two specially designed entertainment areas, one for younger children and one for older children and teenagers.

The hotel's décor emphasises natural materials such as stone, wood and marble. The interiors are furnished with special pieces by Ralph Lauren, Gianfranco Frattini, Casa Milano, Tacchini Italia and Linteloo. The presidential suite stands out for its luxury, with specially designed furniture, marble and Roberto Cavalli upholstery. All bathrooms are equipped with high-quality Dornbracht products.

The hotel operates with photovoltaic panels, enhancing its energy efficiency and making its operation environmentally friendly.

Pendeli Resort continues the historical tradition of Platres, a village beloved by kings, diplomats and famous artists, and offers a new hospitality experience, where history and modern comfort coexist in harmony.
