The evening began with a welcome reception, offering attendees the opportunity to network in a specially arranged area. The official proceedings were opened by Manolis Kalathas, Country Manager of Coral Cyprus, who set the tone for the event by highlighting the importance of human connection, daily collaboration, and a shared commitment to quality and progress.

Throughout the event, Coral Cyprus executives presented recent developments, priorities, and upcoming initiatives, focusing on strategies that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and the sustainable operation of the fuel service stations.

A highlight of the evening was the keynote speech by guest speaker Giovanni Virardi. With a meaningful and inspiring approach, he energised the audience and emphasised the power of personal growth as a driver of overall progress. His talk skillfully connected the principles of leadership, communication, and teamwork with the real-world conditions of the market and the everyday experiences of the company’s partners.

The evening concluded with dinner in a relaxed and friendly setting that further fostered collaboration and the exchange of ideas. This annual gathering has become a key tradition for Coral Cyprus, designed to promote open communication, transparency, and the collective development of the Shell station business ecosystem.

Manolis Kalathas, Country Manager of Coral Cyprus, stated, “For us at Shell, quality is not just about our premium fuels or services. Ιt starts with the relationships we build with our people. We rely on and support our partners daily - the entrepreneurs on the ‘front lines’- with every available tool and the care they need to grow and stand out.

Today’s meeting is much more than a corporate event - it is a moment of connection and feedback. An opportunity to reflect on where we are, share ideas, and draw strength for the road ahead.

We share a deeply rooted vision: to offer the best possible customer experience and move forward together with responsibility, respect, teamwork, and continuous progress. With the support of our partners, we can achieve even more - with consistency, mutual trust, and a common orientation toward a more responsible and dynamic tomorrow.”

Coral Cyprus, the official Shell licensee, has been active in Cyprus since 2017 and operates a network of more than 40 fuel stations. It is a member of the MOTOR OIL Group and offers innovative, high-quality products and services, while investing in initiatives that promote sustainable development and social well-being in Cyprus.
