Ray Talent Agency launched in Athens– Bridging Greek talent with the global entertainment industry
Press Release 09:50 - 19 May 2025

A bold new force has arrived on the international entertainment scene. Ray Talent Agency, the first of its kind in Greece, officially opens its doors, aiming to transform how creative professionals from Greece, Cyprus, and beyond connect with the global film, television, and digital content industries.
Headquartered in Athens, Ray Talent Agency represents a diverse roster of actors, writers, directors, editors, cinematographers, intimacy coordinators, action designers, and other top-tier creatives. The agency is breaking new ground in a region where artist representation has historically been limited—ushering in a new era of professional support, career strategy, and worldwide opportunity for emerging and established talent.
“Our vision,” explains Ronan Le Du, Ray’s co-founder “is to provide the space for creatives to focus on their craft”.

In larger markets like the U.S. and U.K., artist representation is standard. But in regions like Greece and Cyprus, performers have often had to manage their careers independently, directly negotiating with employers and producers. Ray is setting out to change that—offering not just representation, but real strategic leverage.
Ray Talent Agency's services include:
- Career and project management
- Strategic branding and marketing
- Contract negotiation and legal support
- Global exposure and market access
By providing a structured and holistic support system, Ray empowers creatives to focus on their art while gaining access to broader markets and higher-tier opportunities.
Producers, studios, and employers also benefit, gaining access to vetted talent and streamlined hiring processes while raising professional standards across the board.
