Baker Tilly has been appointed as external auditors of the Central Bank of Cyprus, the Assurance / Audit, Financial Compliance & Reporting, Advisory, Tax and Specialist Consulting experts have announced.
More specifically, according to a press release from the company, "Baker Tilly Klitou and Partners Limited has been appointed by the Central Bank of Cyprus, as per applicable legislation and following a Public Procurement procedure with no. 03/2024, as 'External Auditors of the Central Bank of Cyprus for the Financial Years 2023 to 2027'. "
"On the 2nd of July 2024, the Governing Council of the European Central Bank has adopted the Recommendation C/2024/4411 – ECB/2024/16 for the appointment of Baker Tilly Klitou and Partners Limited as the External Auditors of the Central Bank of Cyprus," the press release concluded.
