CPI Holdings Plc announces definitive agreement for the acquisition of SCSS Fund Management Ltd

CPI Holdings Public Limited Company has reached a definitive agreement for the acquisition of the Cyprus-based Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) SCSS Fund Management Ltd.

In an announcement published, in Greek, on the Cyprus Stock Exchange website, the Board of Directors of CPI Holdings Public Limited Company said it was informing the Cyprus Stock Exchange and the investing public that on 25 July, 2024 the Company entered into a definitive agreement for the acquisition of the entire share capital of the Cyprus-based AIFM SCSS Fund Management Ltd. The Board also noted that the agreement was subject to the approval of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission and that CPI Holdings had already paid a relevant advance.

It is noted that SCSS Fund Management is a regulated AIFM licensed by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission.

SCSS offers customised solutions for the creation and management of Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), combining portfolio and risk management and its expertise throughout the chain of formation and management of AIF.
