Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission awards staff members

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) presented awards to three members of its staff as a gesture of recognition and appreciation to the human resources of the organisation.

Handed out during a recent ceremony celebrating the new year, the awards covered three separate categories namely 'Unsung Hero,' 'Source of Inspiration' and 'Innovation'. For the process of nominating the awardees, CySEC employees were asked to nominate their colleagues, explaining the reasons why they consider that the nominees present characteristics in the three categories.

According to a CySEC press release, the 'Unsung Hero' award went to Assistant Clerical Officer, Lina Constantinou, the 'Source of Inspiration' to Senior Officer, Irene Pidia Spyrou and the 'Innovation' award to Officer, Panagiotis Tryfonos.
