SoftwareOne partners with Ralliton to scale innovative solutions in Cyprus and Malta

SoftwareOne Holding AG, a leading global software and cloud solutions provider, and Ralliton, a managed cloud services company, have announced a new strategic partnership agreement.

Under the terms of the agreement, Ralliton and SoftwareOne will work exclusively across Cyprus and Malta to deliver their combined portfolio, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data analytics, cloud infrastructure, and application modernisation, as well as Digital Workplace and Security solutions focusing on Microsoft technologies.

As noted in an announcement on the agreement, the digital transformation landscape in Cyprus and Malta has shown strong growth in recent years, particularly in the fintech, shipping, insurance and gaming industries.

"Known for their rapid innovation, these industry sectors are among those poised to benefit from Ralliton and SoftwareOne's joint go-to-market on cloud service solutions. By leveraging the SoftwareOne and Ralliton expertise in advanced AI and data analytics, as well as infrastructure and application modernisation, companies within these industries will be positioned to enhance operational efficiencies, comply with evolving regulations, and deliver superior user experiences. Through this collaboration, clients will benefit from a robust Managed Security Operations Center (SOC) offering for continuous monitoring, threat detection, and rapid response to security incidents," the companies' announcement goes on to note.
