Finance Minister welcomes Eurostat results, says government policy to continue

Finance Minister Makis Keravnos welcomed Eurostat data, based on which Cyprus has the highest economic growth rate in the EU, stressing that the government's policy will continue.

"I express my satisfaction with the Eurostat results based on which Cyprus has the highest economic growth rate among European countries in the 3rd quarter of 2024" the Minister wrote on his account on 'X'.

These results, he continues, demonstrate the resilience of the Cypriot economy in the face of challenges and confirm in the most convincing way how sound the government's economic policy is.

This policy, he stresses, will continue to be implemented without deviations, to achieve the government's goals, ensuring the economic stability and security of the standard of living of citizens.
