Underscore Talent, a leading next-generation talent management firm, and a division of Cyprus-based TheSoul Publishing, has announced the launch of its new culinary division led by Noah Swimmer, who was recently made a Partner at the company.

"The culinary content space is one of the fastest growing sectors in digital media, and we are proud to offer brands, networks, publishers, and other media partners access to an impressively diverse roster of food media talent and content creators," said Swimmer. "Our culinary clients are not just foodies; they curate and share their recipes in a way that deeply and authentically connects with their audiences."

“Noah’s experience with premium food brands, cookbook publishers, culinary merchandisers, and his passion for food and food creators make him an exceptional leader for our first-of-its-kind division,” said Izad and Weinstein.

Helping talent leverage and grow their existing audiences into thriving, long-lasting brands and businesses is the core of Underscore Talent's management philosophy. Swimmer and his impressive roster have already established Underscore Talent as the go-to talent firm for premium brand sponsors in the culinary industry, such as Coca-Cola, Genesis, Dior, and HexClad, as well as unscripted TV producers, cookbook publishers, convention organizers, and product retailers. They also consistently appear as celebrity food media panelists at leading industry conventions, including the South Beach and New York City Wine and Food Festivals.

Launched in 2021, Underscore Talent offers its clients a range of services, including content development, eCommerce, production, and distribution. In December 2022, TheSoul Publishing, one of the largest content publishers in the world, acquired a majority stake in Underscore Talent. Recently, Underscore Talent launched Shorthand Studios, a cutting-edge digital production and distribution company.

The Underscore Talent client roster includes a diverse list of industry-leading content creators, including global kids’ entertainment superstars Vlad & Niki and The Royalty Family; leading fashion and lifestyle talent Vinnie Hacker, Noah Beck and Alex Costa; YouTube Shorts most watched creator Alan Chikin Chow; TikTok phenom CelinaSpookyBoo; comedic digital creator and podcaster Elyse Myers; popular pet creator Brodie the Dood, eSports gaming stars Scump, Aydan, and CodeMiko.
