Cyprus Airways is looking to hire a Human Resources Manager to join its Larnaca offices.

“As an HR Manager with us, you will take on a pivotal role, providing expert HR advice, and support, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations,” the Cyprus’ flag carrier said. “If you're a qualified candidate and ready to contribute to our success, we invite you to apply by the specified deadline.”

Key responsibilities of the role include collaborating closely with senior management, developing and revising job descriptions, overseeing the entire recruitment and selection process, and managing the onboarding process for new hires – among other things.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another related field; strong proficiency in Greek and English; 2 years of experience minimum in human resource management and exceptional verbal and written communication skills
