AstroBank: No agreement reached with cdbbank

AstroBank has announced that no agreement has been reached in connection to its acquisition of cdbbank.

Following an announcement by AstroBank Public Company Limited on 11 September regarding the possible acquisition of Cyprus Development Bank Public Company Limited (cdbbank), AstroBank on 7 November announced that no agreement had been reached.

As stated in the relevant announcement, AstroBank remains committed to its business plan, which over the past three years has led to significant operational improvements, quality customer service, and improved profitability.

As part of its strategy, AstroBank will continue to look at inorganic growth opportunities, the announcement said.
