Bank of Cyprus announces resignation of Board Member Lyn Mary Grobler new composition of the Group's committees

Bank of Cyprus has announced changes to the composition of the Boards of Directors and key corporate governance committees, following the decisions taken at the meetings of the governing bodies of Bank of Cyprus Holdings and Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd. 

As part of the reshuffle, the resignation of Lyn Mary Grobler was accepted by the boards of directors of both companies, while the new composition of the Risk Management, Audit, Nominations and Corporate Governance, Human Resources and Remuneration, and Technology committees was determined. The changes will take effect from 1 October, 2026.

The announcement follows:

The Boards of Directors of Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company (“BOC Holdings” and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) and of Bank of Cyprus Public Company Limited (the “Bank”) announce that, during their respective Board meetings held on 29 September 2026, they took the following decisions:

1. Acceptance of resignation of Ms. Lyn Mary Grobler from the Board of Directors

Ms. Lyn Mary Grobler has submitted her resignation as a member of each of the Boards of Directors of Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company and Bank of Cyprus Public Company Limited. The Boards of Directors accepted the resignation of Ms. L. Grobler and thanked her for her valuable contribution to the Group over the years and wished her every success for the future. The resignation is effective from 1 October 2026.

2. Changes in the composition of Committees
