Business strategy consultancy SOTA has won Gold in the Future of Work / Best Business Strategy category at the 2026 Brandon Hall Group™ HCM Excellence Awards®, together with AdTech Holding and PropellerAds, its flagship advertising platform. The win makes SOTA the only consultancy in Cyprus to receive the category’s top distinction in 2026.
SOTA received Gold at the HCM Excellence Awards, widely regarded in the industry as the "Academy Awards of Human Capital Management." The award recognised a nine-month programme titled "AdTech Holding Becomes Strategy-First Organization," jointly developed by SOTA and AdTech Holding. The two teams redesigned strategy management across AdTech Holding, covering the full strategy cycle, from defining company-wide priorities to putting them into practice across the organisation.
The programme began with a SOTA-led strategy session in which AdTech Holding's leadership identified its key priorities and set a clear path to execution. SOTA then designed and facilitated a three-phase change management programme to turn those decisions into a company-wide strategy execution model. Built around three shared objectives, measurable key results, a single accountable owner for each result and quarterly reviews, the model also incorporated an adaptive strategy approach, using early signals to identify when execution needed to be adjusted.
A leadership pulse survey at AdTech Holding reported 94% strategy clarity and 88% effectiveness of the company’s objectives and key results (OKR) system. Over the same period, AdTech Holding recorded double-digit revenue growth.
