The Public Offering for shares in the new cooperative bank has begun with the goal of raising €42m

The Public Offer for the acquisition of shares of the new Cooperative Society under promotion, which is being promoted by the  Pancyprian Cooperative Society for Participation and Promotion of Cooperativism, has begun, with the aim of raising a total of €42 million.

As announced, from today until 17 November, 2026, those interested will be able to acquire shares through an electronic platform and become a member of the new venture if they purchase at least 100 shares at a minimum price of €1 each.

It is noted that amounts up to €10,000 will be paid via bank cards, through JCC and will be channeled to the special bank account held at the  Bank of Cyprus, while amounts over €10,000 will be paid via bank transfer, after contacting the Issuer's responsible team at 97913011, 97913012, 97913013 and 97913014 or/and at the email address support.pccppc@cytanet.com.cy.

Investors are invited to carefully study the approved Prospectus posted on the website and the terms of the Public Offering, before making an investment decision, in order to fully understand the potential risks and benefits associated with the decision to invest in the shares.

It is also worth mentioning that the approval of the Prospectus should not be understood as approval of the shares being offered.
