BBF's iconic Berengaria project is now entering the final stretch, as all the required planning permits have been secured for the hotel, luxury villas, townhouses and residential apartments of the development.
The total budget exceeds €30 million.
This significant development marks another decisive step in the implementation of a project of particular historical, architectural and developmental value for the Prodromos area and for mountainous Cyprus as a whole. With a total budget exceeding €30 million, Berengaria is expected to become a benchmark for Cypriot tourism and quality residential development.
Building permits within the year
Following the completion of urban planning licensing, the project is now moving dynamically towards securing building permits, which are expected to be issued within the year, paving the way for the full implementation of the development in 2029.
It is noted that Berengaria is a project of particular historical and cultural importance for Cyprus, as it concerns the revival of one of the island's most emblematic hotels, inextricably linked to the history and identity of Prodromos.
The implementation of the development is expected to contribute substantially to the revitalisation of the wider area, boosting tourism, creating new jobs and giving new development momentum to the mountainous areas Cyprus.
