Petrolina (Holdings) Public Ltd has announced the appointment of Demetra Kalogerou Antoniadou, a former Chair of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), as a new non-executive member of the company's Board of Directors.
Kalogerou Antoniadou holds a BSc in Economics and Social Studies in Business Administration from the University of Wales, an MA in Economics of Public Policy from the University of Leicester and an Mphil in Business Studies via research in Finance from City University Business School. Among other professional positions, she served as Chair of CySEC from September 2011 to September 2021 and as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Cyprus Public Audit Office from November 2012 to February 2021.
It is noted that Kalogerou Antoniadou does not have any professional relationship with the Company and with her appointment as a member of the Board of Directors she will become an independent member of the Audit Committee.
