The way in which artificial intelligence is transforming the real estate market and the processes of attracting and managing clients was highlighted by a presentation entitled 'The AI Takeover in Real Estate: Lead or Left Behind,' as part of the recent 20th Real Estate, Property Development & Construction Conference & Exhibition organised by Altia.
During his presentation, which was powered by Webarts, the company's Co-Founder, Pantelis Vladimirou, referred to the possibilities offered by modern artificial intelligence tools to improve the efficiency of real estate professionals, particularly in areas such as lead generation and management, data analysis and business performance optimisation.
Pantelis Vladimirou expressed the view that real estate market professionals are called upon to actively utilise the capabilities of artificial intelligence in order to remain competitive. As he noted, leveraging AI tools can significantly contribute to the automation of daily processes, allowing companies to focus more on strategic development and creating value for their customers.
