The development programme of the Cyprus Land Development Corporation (CLDC) is extensive, with important projects on track for implementation in all cities.
CLDC is evolving into a key executive and management arm of the state housing policy, with the financial and institutional support of the Ministry of Interior and the wider state. The Corporation is now active in the areas of the Moderate Income Housing Scheme, the Affordable Housing Scheme and the management of state housing schemes.
As mentioned in the context of the presentation of the Corporation's work report recently, it was emphasised, among other things, that in 2025 and within the framework of the Moderate Income Housing Scheme, the Ianthi project in the Municipality of Larnaca was completed with 24 apartments. At the same time, the implementation of projects began in Kokkinotrimithia (10 residences), in the Municipality of Polemidia (29 residences) and in the Municipalities of Lakatamia, Ayios Dhometios, Kaimakli and Pallouriotissa, along with the division of 137 plots of land in the districts of Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca and Paphos.
Furthermore, within the framework of the Affordable Housing Scheme, large-scale developments are being implemented in Limassol (138 apartments) and Strovolos (with 54 apartments) with substantial state funding of €28 million.
Below are presented some of the projects for sale, as well as the projects under study by the Corporation:
