What makes YOO Limassol stand out is its exceptional beachfront location and its concept of a ‘city within a city,’ featuring a plethora of amenities to ensure a rich and varied lifestyle for its residents, whether they are conducting business, playing sports, maintaining a healthy lifestyle or raising family. A wide array of service, from luxury cars and yachts to a cinema will cater to residents’ overall health, entertainment and childcare.

YOO Limassol features 80 villas and 80 apartments, blending refined aesthetics and incredible views. It is designed under the concept of a “city within a city”, aiming to offer and all-encompassing living experience, akin to a 7-star hotel.

Within the complex, residents will have access to a state-of-the-art gym with an indoor pool, a spa, kids club, exclusive cigar club and cinema. They will also enjoy privileged access to a 400-metre beach and all amenities – including a yachts’ club, an amphitheatre, tennis court, botanical garden, mini golf, beach bar, kids’ bay and water sports.

Residential spaces are divided into two distinct concepts, inspired by Culture and Nature.
The interior design concept is inspired by Cyprus’ surrounding environment: water, rocks, greenery, sky, and the rich history of the island.

The themes will be divided through zoning:
- The villas are immersed into lush greenery giving the idea of an oasis in the middle of the dry surroundings.
- Opening up to the sky, the apartments have a lighter feel.
- The unobstructed view to the ocean conveys the feeling of being on a boat sailing over the sea.

According to the design, the Culture palette is the perfect marriage of past and present; the coming together of the most beautiful and exquisitely produced objects and ideas from yesterday, placed alongside the most amazing designs of today. Rooted in richness and boldness, the palette has a powerful sense of history, but is always looking forward.

The Nature palette is one that evokes a sense of purity and simplicity. It derives its inspiration from the deep routed desire and passion of city dwellers to bring the essence of nature into the urban environment. With colours and materials from a soft spectrum of natural hues, it is the pallet of choice for those who love to live immersed in the feeling of fresh air, blue skies and soft sunrises.
