As part of World Investor Week 2025, the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has published the Smart Investor Booklet, which contains the key messages of this year’s campaign.
The Booklet is divided into three main sections:
- Technology & Digital Finance – Practical guidance on safely using digital tools and understanding emerging trends in the financial sector.
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) – Tips on how AI affects investments and how investors can safeguard against potential risks.
- Fraud & Scams – Key messages on recognising and avoiding fraud, while protecting personal and financial information.
The booklet provides concise, practical advice from the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) to help investors stay informed and protected, avoid risks and financial losses, and enhance their financial awareness.
It is available to the public at CySEC’s Financial Education Hub, a dedicated section on the official CySEC website focused exclusively on investor education and awareness.
