Leptos Group has announced the sale of the Oceanus Tower at Limassol Blu Marine, through Pandora Investments Public Company Ltd.
In an announcement on the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE), Pandora Investments said that the office block, still under construction at Limassol Blu Marine by its 100% subsidiary Ergomakers Ltd, has been sold for €102.78m plus VAT.
No other information, including the identity of the buyer, was included in the announcement.
