Roberto Cavalli’s first branded real estate project in the Mediterranean is launching in Cyprus, marking a €200 million collaboration with the Leptos Group.
According to its creators, the 30-storey beachfront tower, ‘Cavalli by Limassol Blu Marine,’ promises to redefine luxury living in the region.
Located in the heart of downtown Limassol, the tower is described as offering uninterrupted sea views, direct access to the city’s marina and business district, and interiors styled by Italian fashion icon Roberto Cavalli. Details of the Development
With a development value of approximately €200 million, construction of Cavalli Tower is well underway and expected to be completed within three years. Residences are categorized into luxury, upper luxury, and super-luxury tiers. Every home will feature expansive sea views, high-end finishes, and access to world-class amenities, the developers note.
Unique architectural features include a high-ceiling lobby with Cavalli-branded furniture, cascading water features, and a private lift lobby for residents. The tower is the second and final residential building in the Limassol Blu Marine project, which includes a 50-metre infinity pool overlooking the Mediterranean.
